Pure Shilajit Tablets

Known as the "destroyer of weakness" in Ayurvedic medicine, this whole-food supplement has been used medicinally for over 3,000 years for inflammation, mineral deficiency, altitude sickness, and fatigue.

This earthy, tar-like substance is secreted from high-mountain rocks and is the centuries-long product of decomposed plants. It's rich in fulvic and humic acids, potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium, selenium, polyphenols, amino acids, and over 80 other trace minerals! Additionally, it contains dibenzo-alpha-pyrones (DBPs) which can protect the mitochondria against low-oxygen conditions and boost their function—leading to increased energy production!

Benefits of shilajit can include:

  • Anti-oxidant
  • Rich in minerals
  • Supports normal mitochondrial function
  • Supports mitochondrial oxygenation
  • May protect against free radical damage
  • May increase energy levels
  • Possible neuro-protective properties
  • May support mental wellbeing
  • May support health of reproductive organs
  • Supports detoxification of harmful substances
  • May improve overall metabolic health
  • Anti-inflammatory properties
  • May protect the stomach lining
  • Possesses broad antiviral properties
  • Supports bone health
  • May support healthy heart tissue

Our shilajit is harvested from the Altai mountains in Siberia, and each batch is third-party tested for fulvic acid content, heavy metals, and contaminants—meaning you're getting the cleanest and most potent product available. This product comes in mess-free tablets made from pure shilajit resin that has been dried over a low heat.

How to use: As shilajit can be energizing, we recommend starting with 1 tablet daily and increasing your dosage, if desired. It can be taken with or without food. Each box contains 90 tablets which are 200 mg each. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: 100% pure dried Altai shilajit resin
